INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE TAKING UP TO 6 WEEKS PLUS FOR DELIVERY
In all instances except Australia, tracking will not update for international orders until the item reaches the destination country and is scanned at the local postal depot.
AUSTRALIA POST does not offer a tracked service within Australia. Your order will arrive, but PLEASE factor in a 6 week turnaround time from date of postage to avoid disappointment.
For UK tracked orders, tracking will not update until delivery has been attempted or achieved.
International Orders take 1 to 6 weeks, sometimes longer, and are entirely dependant on destination and local postal services. Please check you rtracking for details. All Postal Services have updates on their websites as to their current levels of service. Please be patient, your order will get to you.
UK orders are taking 4 – 10 working days for 1st class recorded, sometimes longer for 2nd class. Please be patient, your order will arrive.
We have a 7 – 10 working day turnaround time for product processing, because we make each item to order. Please factor shipping times on top of processing times.
Rim, Battery and Frame Sticker Kits cost of £4.95 postage within the UK as they have to be sent as small parcels. All other items are sent free, via Royal Mail, within the UK.
We ship worldwide. International shipping is a flat rate of £11.50. All international orders are sent tracked and/or signed for. Please note that some destinations can take 6 weeks or more for your order to arrived due to current circumstances. If your destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Please check the TRACK YOUR ITEM details we emailed to you on dispatch, before getting in touch with us and BEFORE opening a case with Paypal, as we have no control over the post once it has left our hands.
If you are not happy with your item, we offer a 30 day return window. Simply return your item in unused, as new condition, for a full refund. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked/signed for service that covers your item in the event of loss. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds for used stickers or any issues outside of the 30 day return period.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable eg: incorrect address, no one home, no known address, uncollected or unclaimed etc, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This is non negotiable and final.
If your order gets lost, we will claim for it and resend free of charge. For an item to be deemed lost, it must have been missing for a fixed period amount of time as detailed on the Royal Mails website. PLEASE NOTE: We do not send replacements until this time frame has been exceeded and we are able to claim.
We are happy to refund faulty items, however these must be returned to us for inspection within the 30 day return period as stated above.
The only exception to refunds on used stickers is if you have applied stickers and they DO NOT FIT. If this is the case, we require detailed photographic evidence of every stickers set, taken straight after you have fitted the stickers along with measurements of the sizing issue in order to evaluate properly.
If you have ridden your bike since fitting any of our stickers, the stickers are considered used and are NOT eligible for a refund or return in any way or form.
Refunds will only be processed after detailed inspection of the item/and or photographic evidence. Please allow 5 – 7 days from date of receipt for your refund to be processed.
Custom orders carry an additional fee and have a 10 – 14 day turnaround time. We do not offer refunds for custom orders due to our comprehensive communication, design and proof process, and the fact that custom orders cannot be sold on.
